Meet Oascha Hightower
Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Certified Health and Wellness Coach & Yoga Teacher
I believe that healing happens when we care for the whole hive—the child, the family, the provider, and the person behind every role we play.
With over a decade of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and a deep love for yoga and mindfulness, I’ve made it my mission to create spaces where caregivers and clinicians don’t just survive—they thrive.
I’ve supported many families through early intervention and autism services at my clinic, Honey Bee Therapy. But over time, I saw a pattern that couldn’t be ignored: caregivers were burned out, providers were overwhelmed, and wellness was always put on the back burner.
That’s why I created Honey Bee Therapy & Wellness—a space for coaching, Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT), and restorative yoga that supports the person behind the professional or parent.
Why Choose Honey Bee Therapy and Wellness?
Health & Wellness Coaching with Oascha offers a whole body-mind connection.

Whole-Person Focus
You’re more than your roles.
I see the full picture—your wellness, your responsibilities, your values, and your story. Together, we build a support plan that fits your real life, not just your to-do list.
Clinically Informed, Heart-Led
Science and soul go hand in hand.
With a background in behavior analysis and a foundation in mindfulness and ACT, I help you take evidence-based action while staying grounded in what truly matters to you.

Custom Support, Not Cookie-Cutter Plans
Your life isn’t one-size-fits-all—your coaching shouldn’t be either.
Every session, every tool, and every goal we set is rooted in your personal values, your energy, and your season of life.
Real Talk. No Toxic Positivity.
You don’t have to “just stay positive.”
I meet you where you are—with honesty, humor, and heart. Our work won’t sugarcoat your struggles; it will give you tools to sit with them and move forward with strength.
Mind-Body Integration
Wellness is more than mindset.
We’ll integrate body-based practices like breathwork, gentle movement, and mindfulness alongside your coaching journey to help regulate your nervous system and bring you into balance.
Trauma-Informed & Compassionate
I honor your lived experience.
My approach is grounded in trauma-informed care, which means I create a space that is safe, nonjudgmental, and empowering—whether you’re a parent, provider, or simply a person in need of support.
